Pigging Decoking System for Industrial Pipeline & Furnace Cleaning
Industrial pigging decoking systems for removing coke, scale, and deposits in pipelines and furnace tubes. Improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life.
Introduction
A pigging decoking system is a mechanical cleaning solution used to remove coke, scale, and deposits from pipelines, furnace tubes, and heat exchangers in industries such as oil refining and petrochemicals. Unlike chemical or thermal cleaning methods, pigging uses specialized tools (“pigs”) propelled through pipelines to achievecomplete internal cleaning, improved efficiency, and extended equipment lifespan. Fedjetting provides advanced pigging and decoking systems designed to deliver high cleaning efficiency, reduced downtime, and environmentally responsible operation.
What Is Pigging & Decoking?
Pigging and decoking is a mechanical cleaning process where high-volume fluid drives a cleaning device (pig) through pipelines to remove internal fouling such as coke, scale, and sludge. This method is widely recognized as one of themost effective techniques for refinery heater tube cleaning , capable of restoring full flow capacity and heat transfer efficiency.
Our Projects
Two Pass Pumping Units
The CMU pump has a two‐piece, horizontally split body with intake and discharge passageways in a single casting and on the same level, providing the lowest possible height, a lower center of gravity, and more room for hose reels, hose beds and other equipment. All passageways are carefullymatched to assure the very best hydraulic flow characteristics. The patented ball‐type transfer valve has a floating seal design which allows sand to be flushed away to prevent thevalve from sticking or jamming. The hydraulically‐balancedseal assembly reduces pressure loss andimproves pump efficiency.
